I’m a therapist based in Los Angeles and provide online and in-person therapy for people in California. Although I work with a variety of clients, I specialize in couples work, parental and maternal mental health, anxiety, people pleasers, relational trauma, and clients interested in exploring their sexual intimacy in a non-judgemental space. In short, I work with people who are struggling in their relationships and often times this includes couples and parents. Before working as a therapist I was a doula and childbirth educator and I’m passionate about helping clients expand during life changes that can impact their identity and connection to others.
My approach is relational. I use empathy, humor, and curiosity as I offer a space of safety and security to process life’s challenges. I recognize the therapeutic connection as an opportunity for developing greater understanding, acceptance, and growth in your life. In session, I incorporate mindful and somatic exercises that teach you to decipher your body’s messages so you can learn how to trust yourself.
I obtained a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and trained at Counseling West, which is a depth-based community counseling center. I have also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), IFS, and Postpartum Support International (PSI). I have given different presentations on Maternal Reproductive Health and Intimacy.
I look forward to meeting you where you are and working with you.

I can offer you a concrete path towards healing, developing your own voice and self compassion. I offer virtual session for anyone residing in California. I am psychodynamically oriented and believe that effective treatment must be customized to your unique self and needs. As such, I draw from a blend of evidence-based modalities, including mindfulness training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic/body scan techniques. I work with people going through life transitions, depression, anxiety, postpartum adjustment, chronic pain, attachment, trauma and health anxiety. I also work with survivors of Narcissistic Personality Disorder abuse. My approach is intuitive, holistic, compassionate, and approachable. I am inspired by mind body integration, inner child healing, and cultivating your own voice, self love, confidence, and authenticity in your relationships and life. I am also trained in EMDR, a powerful tool for processing and trauma.
I obtained a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, where I studied depth psychology. I also have a background in academia and the arts and hold a Masters in Comparative Literature from University of Southern California, as well as a Masters in Art Theory and Criticism from Art Center in Pasadena. I enjoys bringing her creative background into her practice.
I invite you to take the first step toward reconnecting to you. I look forward to working with you.

Whatever big feelings are coming up, you don’t have to go through them alone. I offer virtual and in-person sessions in Los Angeles and provide a safe space for voicing the hard things, breathing through them, and healing. When working with individuals, I attune to the client’s emotional state in order to explore underlying issues.
I offer integrative EMDR and parts work to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. For couples and non-traditional relationships, I’ve found EFT to be helpful in practicing self-awareness and accountability. You will learn that it’s okay to need one another and communicate requests no matter how vulnerable they might feel. I also help parents process the unique emotions that can show up when navigating the world on behalf of their disabled child.
As an ASD specialist, I offer strengths-based solutions in reaching your developmentally-delayed child, all while prioritizing self-care. I provide self-esteem building skills for parenting children with ADHD, as well. When working with co-parents, I support families to achieve cooperative consistency as a means to minimize conflict. You don’t have to like each other to rebuild trust and raise great kids between two homes. I’m here to help anyone reclaim the keys to their kingdom. I welcome all sexual and gender identities and make LGBTIAQ+ affirming space a priority.
I look forward to meeting you where you are at and learning how I may be of service.
