My therapeutic approach combines Insight, Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and Affect Regulation. These methodologies are integrated to develop tools that aid in alleviating anxiety, panic, stress, depression, loss, relationship conflicts, betrayals, and trauma (including sexual, emotional, and incidental).
EMDR is utilized as a potent method to facilitate healing and transform the effects of traumatic experiences on your self-perception, freeing you from fear and enabling a more productive and empowered existence.
