Therapy Services

Relationships are at the core of our fundamental needs for belonging and connection. If you are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and the complexities of co-parenting after separation, you are not alone. It’s hard.  As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to help you understand the patterns shaping your relationships and develop practical tools that support healthier communication and emotional connection so that you can feel more seen, heard, and understood.  In my practice, I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, co-parenting coaching, and EMDR therapy. My work focuses on helping clients process difficult experiences, improve communication, and create stronger, more stable relationships in their personal and family lives.

How 1-on-1 Therapy Can Help

Many people begin therapy when something in their life or relationships no longer feels sustainable. You may be experiencing ongoing conflict or disconnection with a partner, difficulty communicating with a co-parent, stress during a big life transition or the lingering effects of sexual, physical or emotional trauma.

These challenges often show up in multiple areas of life making it difficult to truly be present in our relationships, in parenting, at work, and with ourselves.

In therapy, we work together to understand what is happening beneath these patterns. I help clients identify the root of recurring challenges, and develop healthier ways to repair conflict, respond to stress, and regulate our emotional triggers.

I work with individuals seeking personal growth, couples working to rebuild connection and intimacy following a rupture or who have simply lost sight of each other, and parents who want to create stability and security for their children across two homes.

Therapeutic Approaches Used in My Practice

In my work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I integrate insight, parts work (IFS), somatic work, relationship-focused therapy (PACT, EFT, RLT), attachment-based principles, communication strategies, and trauma based work (TRM and EMDR) to help clients understand where their old unhelpful patterns came from, learn healthier patterns of behaviour, and process difficult experiences, so they can become more empowered to create the change towards what they long for the most -healthier emotional and relational dynamics.
