Change Can Happen.

I'm here to help. I believe looking at the whole person (body and mind) is important for growth and healing. With a passion for relationships and the belief that healthy relationships are based in mutual respect, security, and care, I will guide you toward more meaningful connections with yourself and your partners, co-parents, friends, and kids.

Being human is messy, complicated and sometimes uncomfortable. We are constantly changing and evolving. I will walk alongside you and support you as you embark on this empowering journey.

  • I work with people from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and sexual orientations.

  • I offer virtual tele-therapy as well as in-person sessions.

“My book is an essential guide to creating the co-parenting structure your kid needs to thrive, even in two homes. It is grounded in attachment theory, therapeutic tools, and practical tips to help you untangle your emotional cables from your ex, bring about certainty and consistency amid change, communicate without conflict, and make good decisions that prioritize your kid. Your cooperative co-parenting team will provide the safe haven your kid needs today, tomorrow, and into their bright future.”
